Statement of Work:
Trauma Healing Centers (THC) operates as a resource center for Canadian veterans, first responders, people suffering from PTSD, trauma, chronic pain and disabling illness and their families. They have a dedicated team of healthcare professionals that are able to work with each patient using a multi-disciplinary approach to healing through methods including physician services (medical cannabis assessments), massage therapy, psychological assessments, counselling and more. RDM was asked to create and implement a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy that included the identification of personas, a social media strategy and a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy.
RDM provides ongoing marketing, SEO and social media management and support to help engage and grow THC’s target audience of patients and healthcare providers. In celebration of THC’s second anniversary, RDM created and implemented a digital campaign. This included developing content and messaging and providing creative direction and design for graphics that were used on a variety of digital channels to tell THC’s story. RDM also constructed, wrote and released a media release on THC’s behalf titled, “Trauma Healing Centers Take Innovative Approach”.
