Statement of Work:
Robinson’s mission is to produce the highest quality medical cannabis - grown in the Annapolis Valley of Atlantic Canada. They are committed to providing a high-quality product while simultaneously supporting and contributing to the cannabis community. In 2017, RDM was asked to provide name recommendations and create a brand identity for Robinson’s, and to produce a comprehensive cannabis marketing strategy.
A unique brand identity was created for Robinson’s including brand values and a classic logo design inclusive of unique typography. RDM has provided ongoing consultation and graphic design services including advertisements and banners.
A comprehensive and multi-faceted marketing strategy was produced that focused on entering the medical cannabis production industry – with a phased plan to prepare for marketing upon marijuana legalization in Canada.
The primary goals of the marketing strategy for Robinson’s were; a situational analysis that identified the competition and Robinson’s competitive advantages and value proposition; a market analysis that provided market segmentation and brand positioning; and a go-to-market plan that identified tactics for Robinson’s to price, package and promote their product.
