Statement of Work: RDM completed a marketing strategy assessment, which included a client survey of over 230 past and current clients of the University of Michigan’s Health Management Research Center. RDM designed the questionnaire with the purpose of developing a client survey to better understanding the University of Michigan Health Management Research Center’s client perceptions and needs regarding workplace health products and services. The survey methodology, design, and analysis was managed by Red Dragon Marketing Inc.
Results: By utilizing RDM's comprehensive healthcare marketing research, the university was able to shed light on services, which were perceived to add the most value for their clients, and also services offered which were not of perceived value. Additionally, some services were found to be unknown, which are now the focus of current marketing initiatives.
