Statement of Work:
Brison Developments is a homebuilding company that has been combining innovation, technology, planning and quality control to design and build better communities and homes in the Annapolis Valley and Halifax for more than 30 years. RDM was asked to create and manage an integrated and extensive real estate digital marketing campaign that would encourage homeowners residing in Nova Scotia to build a new home with Brison Developments.
RDM was asked to create a real estate landing page that would entice the target audience into downloading a digital brochure containing additional information on the benefits of building a new and efficient home. Users who arrive on the landing page are prompted to fill out a contact form. After completing this form, the user is able to download the digital brochure and their contact information (only if they opted to receive future communications to remain compliant with Canada's anti-spam regulations) is automatically sent to the CRM. Several channels were used to drive traffic to the landing page in order to generate relevant leads; some of these included Social Media Advertisements and the Search & Display Network. RDM provided CRM integration and education allowing Brison Development’s dedicated sales team to manage all relevant leads.
