Statement of Work:
Southwest Nova Insurance Group Inc. (SWN) is a newly formed insurance company that operates in the Annapolis Valley and Southwest Nova Scotia. SWN helps their clients throughout their lifelong journeys, and has the unique ability to offer a full suite of insurance services (general, life, health, etc.) to both individuals and businesses owners. RDM was asked to create a brand identity and a communications plan for SWN that would use the identified brand values, attributes and competitive advantages to define ideal marketing goals, tactics and messaging.
RDM created a strong brand identity for SWN including logo design, typography, letterhead and business cards that embodied SWN’s brand attributes of empowerment and protection. A tagline was also developed that added power and purpose to the overall brand.
The communications plan developed by RDM included the identification of target market personas, marketing goals, marketing channels and messaging. The plan highlighted who will benefit from the products that SWN offers, the channels that SWN should use to reach these individuals and the messaging that should be used to generate new leads and clients.
